Job Title: Software QA Analyst
Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia
Reports To: Manager of Software Development
FLSA Status: Exempt
SUMMARY
The QA Analyst is responsible testing new software and modifications to existing software as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Write detailed test plans, execute test scenarios, document test results and necessary changes and fixes.
Assist in documenting and managing incoming bugs, ensuring that all bugs are entered in the tracking system with adequate information.
Responsible for ensuring software is “Production Ready” and certifying software.
Responsible for coordinating Production release process.
Participate in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, and requirement documentation.
Assist in writing or revising user manuals and release notes.
Work with the Development team to ensure quality and timely delivery is achieved.
Assist in trouble-shooting reported software issues and determining if software changes or fixes are needed and responding to initiating party in a timely manner.
Must become a subject matter expert on assigned software applications.
Responsible for coordinating and gathering feedback from User Acceptance Testing with designated end-users.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration preferred, or we will consider applicants who are certified/experienced Pharmacy Technicians or have experience with financial QA.
2+ years' pharmacy or similar healthcare experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior healthcare applications experience is a plus.
Ability to work effectively (maintaining accuracy and sensitivity) under tight timelines and schedules.
Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues and situations and take appropriate action.
Work effectively as a team player to accomplish company goals.

SUMMARY
Support communication protocols and error recovery in a high-availability environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Document and communicate software requirements and design. Plan the software development effort.
Proficient in JavaScript and PHP programming languages.
Ability to work with CSS, HTML5, and customize templates.
Support the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of deployed systems ensuring systems meet reliability and performance goals.
Maintenance of existing applications.
Assist in writing or revising technical design documentation.
Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues and situations and take appropriate actions.
Support of enterprise class, online 7x24 transaction processing.
Work effectively as a team player to accomplish company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience working with C, LINUX, shell scripting preferred.
Prefer experience in LINUX and Java.
Knowledge of ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net or VB is a plus.
Proficiency with the .net development environment operating on the Windows platform utilizing Microsoft SQL and ASP.net preferred.
Prior healthcare applications development experience preferred.

Lead the implementation, execution, and delivery aspects of ProCare’s proprietary software development. Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and development of proprietary enterprise applications and end-to-end integrated software solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for the software professional with recent hands on development experience to develop and demonstrate their management skills.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the process of creating and maintaining development standards.
Interact with other development leaders, internal business experts and executive management.
Ensure adequate end-user support to ensure that all problems are handled quickly and successfully.
Help to maintain and continuously improve a reliable and efficient network.
