Job Title:                   Implementation Specialist

Location:                   Gainesville, Georgia

Reports To:                VP of Client Services

FLSA Status:            Non-Exempt

 

SUMMARY

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating new group implementations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform new group implementations
  • Coordinate and conduct client meetings
  • Manage timelines to track implementation deliverables
  • Manage and streamline implementation with external and internal sources
  • Manage all documentation supporting all aspects of the implementation
  • Active listening to identify nuances in client business needs
  • Serve as primary point contact for new clients
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to clients for improved processes
  • Conduct client training on applications
  • Travel to client locations for new implementation meetings

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years healthcare experience a plus.
  • PBM and project management experience a plus, along with exposure to application systems and software testing.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • A passion for learning and technology.

SUMMARY

The Software Developer will develop, support, and administer a number of applications as a member of a team.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Document and communicate software requirements and design. Plan the software development effort.

Perform software development in Java.

Support the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of deployed systems ensuring systems meet reliability and performance goals.

Maintain existing applications.

Assist in writing or revising technical design documentation.

Support enterprise class 7x24 processing.

Work effectively as a team player to accomplish company goals.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Strong Java development capabilities are key.

3+ years of experience developing successful software projects.

Solid capabilities for database applications using SQL.

Prefer experience in LINUX and Microsoft Windows.

Knowledge of ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net or VB is a plus.

Prior healthcare applications development experience is a plus.

Prefer those with experience in browser app development, PHP.

Demonstrable experience with mobile platform software solutions development.

SUMMARY

Lead the implementation, execution, and delivery aspects of ProCare’s proprietary application software development. Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and development of proprietary enterprise applications and end-to-end integrated software solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Lead the process of creating and maintaining development standards.

Interact with other development leaders, internal business experts and executive management.

Ensure adequate end-user support to ensure that all problems are handled quickly and successfully.

Assist and train new employees in new development strategies and techniques.

Perform other tasks on projects as needed/assigned.

Deliver quality software products on schedule.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

Hands-on enterprise software design and development experience from both a Software Developer & Software Project Manager perspective is essential.

Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams through the entire architecture, design, development and quality delivery of new products and service offerings.

5+ years of experience working with .Net, C#, Microsoft Windows architecture.

Some experience with LINUX and Java is a plus.

Demonstrated database design and implementation experience is essential.

LINUX, shell scripting is a plus.

Knowledge of ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net or VB is a plus.

Proficiency with the .net development environment operating on the Windows platform utilizing Microsoft SQL and ASP.net.

Prior healthcare applications development experience is a plus.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Must have 3+ years of designing, developing, and deploying web applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Develop software in .Net and SQL
  • Knowledge of .Net MVC and using T4 Templates in Visual Studio
  • UI development using JavaScript, CSS stylesheets and HTML
  • Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design
  • Knowledge of best practices for cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with popular design patterns and their application
  • MVC API, XML, REST, JSON consuming + hosting

Responsibilities Include:

  • Experience with FoxPro or Clipper is a plus.

Prior healthcare applications experience a plus.
